disappointed My appointment was for a state inspection, oil and filter change. It was done in good time, about one hour. The serviceman urged me to have a throttle body and injector service. I had no driving indications there was a problem. He stated it would take about a half hour. I agreed to the service. After two hours it was not completed. I had to cancel my car wash due to my other commitments. When picking up the car, the under dash fuse panel cover was on the center console. More time was needed to find someone to complete the job. The inefficiency and time delay was disappointing.. More

The first time I had a problem. I always gave a 5 star rating but because I had to return because of an oil leak caused by the service dept. from my last oil change, I cannot give it I always gave a 5 star rating but because I had to return because of an oil leak caused by the service dept. from my last oil change, I cannot give it a 5 star rating. I am also left with oil stains in my driveway. It took several weeks to start leaking but the washer around the oil plug to the pan was crushed from the last oil change. I think that could have been avoided. Anyway, I am always treated with the utmost of respect and courtesy. And I am taken care of quickly. But I will take that 1 star back from the last 5 star rating I gave the last time. Thank you. More
