Steve worked hard to find exactly what we were looking for and stay within our budget. He enlisted the help of the manager Mike to make sure we were getting the best deal possible and take advantage of all the promotions and deals they had to offer. In the end we leased the Hyundai Santa Fe Limited. The price was right, bumper to bumper warranty, basic maintenance free for the entire length of the loan, free car wash at anytime and so much more. I highly recommend Steve Kramer for all your car or truck buying and leasing! More
This service dept was the best! I'd travel 50 miles from Brooklyn because of their customer service. But with changing faces came different attitudes. Was told I qualified for a new engine. Then called a few days later to come get my car because the criteria for new engines changed AFTER I brought my car in. Excuse me??? My car was already APPROVED! The service has changed dramatically. Read the reviews. This past year, they've attempted to charge me for things covered under warranty and other things Ive had to challenge them on. And now this!!! The lack of professionalism and uncaring ways is horrible. This service dept was never like this. Bring back the staff that showed compassion and was like family. The ones that knew you by name and made you want to tell everyone to go there! You used to be able to talk to the manager. You cant even speak to him. He keeps sending the same person you had a problem with to deal with the issue! I have filed complaints with Corporate Office and BBB about my engine replacement. Hyundai should be ashamed! Service center: I had a really horrible experience. I went for an estimate and when their price was really high, they wouldn’t give me my keys back unless I paid them $150 as a diagnostic fee. I never agreed to this and they were very dishonest and unreasonable. I just wanted an estimate. I don’t recommend this place for anything! More

I just leased a 2020 Santa Fe, Rob and Jon helped me with my early lease return as well as saved me as much as possible on the current vehicle which I love. Great Work Advantage. I almost forgot I love the free car washes and now 3 years service. They also gave me tire and wheel for 6 months. More

They do not honor their agreement bait and switch I will never go back to this dealer again. First the price that they advertise is at best misleading and in the fine print you will find that it's aft I will never go back to this dealer again. After i negotiated a price and having them give me a 10 year wraparound warranty that was clearly written on the order sheet and approved from the used car manager. The day i was picking up the car they changed the warranty to a certified warranty. And then wanted me to pay extra for the warranty. They tried to tell me it was a mistake and the manager tried to blame the salesman. The salesman didn't make a mistake. I think this was management playing a bait and switch game. Regardless of who is at fault the general manager should have honored the written agreement. They also own Atlantic Hyundai and i have to assume they run it the same way. More
not made aware of disposition fee leased a hyundai sonata for four years and returned same in march 2020 in immaculate condition and was not charged anything for the condition etc and leased a hyundai sonata for four years and returned same in march 2020 in immaculate condition and was not charged anything for the condition etc and with only about 9 thousand miles ...only at the time that i indicated about the return i was informed by adrian powell that the hyundai company would send me a bill for 400 $ but was not mentioned specifically to me though mentioned in the contract.i trusted him and would have appreciated if he had told me about it at which time i could have made a rational decision and also check with other companies if they also charge a fee for non renewal of lease or purchasing the same car .which i feel is not prudent BUSINESS PRACTICE and also they promised two free oil change etc ..but due to low mileage the second service was charged by the dealership as the mileage mentioned for second service due did not happen within the time frame.adrian promised to refund those charges by the service dept but never happened .i brought this to the attention of the number one in the same dealership today but only told me that i should have read the entire contract be4 signing and hyundai company sent a bill for 400 plus tax for approx 35 dlrs and are not willing to waive it and gave me time till aug 6 th to pay or the matter will be reported to the credit bureau .again this is NOT good business practice and should have been told upfront .they did not LIE but they hid the truth as normally customers dont check every page of the agreement due to the trust ...but in my case my trusting adrian was transgressed . i have until 6th to decide on the route that i may take .
