3 hours for an oil change - quoted 1. 5 at check in Installed incorrect oil and had to drain and replace with correct which took an additional hour I have a service contract with all inf 5 at check in Installed incorrect oil and had to drain and replace with correct which took an additional hour I have a service contract with all info included Had to use panic button on key to locate truck when completed cause it was somewhere in parking lot and they weren't sure where it was parked Not the service I've experienced before at this dealership When I first questioned type of oil, I was told it was correct so I compared part numbers etc to previous service bills and had to go back in to service to question the service once more. They did correct it as far as I know and I have 1 service left on the prepaid contract. We'll see how it goes on the next service. More

Had a weird problem. First technician couldn’t find the problem because it wasn’t throwing a code. An older technician listened to the symptoms and figured it out. I waited for the recall over a year, then scheduled an appointment and my truck sat there for 5 days with them doing nothing. They admitted they dropped the ball. I was traveling from out-of-state and had car trouble. If you’ve been in that situation, you know it’s a crap-shoot finding reliable service.
