I waited for the recall over a year, then scheduled an appointment and my truck sat there for 5 days with them doing nothing. They admitted they dropped the ball. I talked to the service manager and own appointment and my truck sat there for 5 days with them doing nothing. They admitted they dropped the ball. I talked to the service manager and owner as well. I even gave them a second chance and still got the run around. I plan on staying away and recommend everyone else doing the same. More

On April 30 I went to Advantage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram looking to buy a truck. Salesperson Ben Dodge determined my requirements and then searched the dealership, as well as some other locations, to try to looking to buy a truck. Ben was very pleasant and knowledgeable and focused on finding a suitable truck and making sure it was a pleasant buying experience. I highly recommend him. Darrin Grant, the General Manager, also got involved and moved heaven and earth trying to find me a suitable vehicle. A vehicle meeting my requirements was subsequently located and I purchased the vehicle in a seamless and pleasurable manner. The shopping experience at Advantage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was a testament to what a car-buying experience should be, and both Ben and Darrin went far above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Based on their demeanor and performance, I have no doubt whatsoever that anyone looking to buy a vehicle would enjoy the same level of customer service and satisfaction that I enjoyed.
