The dealership lied on the Carfax about the 2018 Chevy Silverado LT. The truck was in an accident and I found out how through the Vin number. My Dodge SUV was towed to Advantage for Warranty work. The tow company damaged my vehicle, on Advantage's lot and they did not notify me of the damage, even when I picked up my vehicle, after it was repa The tow company damaged my vehicle, on Advantage's lot and they did not notify me of the damage, even when I picked up my vehicle, after it was repaired! The Service Writer knew of the damage and has been no help in getting the tow service to pay the over $3,000 in damages, nor has anyone else at Advantage. I was promised calls and help when I spoke with the Sullivan Group, which owns Advantage, but never received a call or email! Will never use them again! More

Extremely disappointed with Jerry's approach when the vehicle's service was complete. Upon arrival at 8:00 a.m., I questioned Jerry and received the following responses - I needed maintenance servic vehicle's service was complete. Upon arrival at 8:00 a.m., I questioned Jerry and received the following responses - I needed maintenance service, how long it would take? . Response - "Approximately one and a half hours." - The tire pressure warning light monitoring system for the left rear tire is faulty, Response - "That’s an easy fix". - The cost of performing the maintenance service is covered by the prepaid maintenance plan (warranty) including the tires. Response - "There is no record of that." Jerry provided the vehicle checkup and explained the need for brakes and what was required and after I showed the coupons, at his request, he stated that he would apply them to the bill. One and a half hours after paying $89.43 for the service, visibly waiting outside for more than one hour with my 90-year-old mother for the vehicle and subsequently made an inquiry as to its whereabouts. Response - "It’s parked in the corner." - The vehicle’s exterior was dirty and made an inquiry, although courtesy wash was displayed on the paperwork. Response. "You didn’t ask for it." Another associate with him intervened and offered to drive the vehicle to be washed. - Whist waiting for my vehicle to be washed, we observed Jerry greeting a customer outside once his vehicle was finished, where he apologized to the customer for the wait and that his vehicle is being washed. After I followed up with Jerry on the status as I had to go to work, another co-worker, Keith, kindly volunteered to get the vehicle, dried it and apologized by making excuses for Jerry’s behavior, and upon asking if there was anything I needed, he followed up on the pressure warning light system which was not dealt with by Jerry. To add insult to injury and upon leaving the dealership three hours later, I was more than half an hour late for my work more than 32 miles away. More
I've been using this dealership for the last two years. Each time I'm promise myself I'll never use them again, but I literally live 2 miles away. It is consistently the worst customer experience I've dealt with. Today I was left with a scenario that truly baffled me. I came in for the 2nd time to get my 7way trailer plug fixed. 2nd time paying 185, to diagnose the obvious that it needs repaired. Yesterday I order the part to repair it through the service advisor Kim, then came in today to pick up the part and it was a hitch cover , which was obviously the wrong part. People make mistakes, the number Advantage employees make seem to be exponential but it happens. I politely asked to order the new part after wasting my time and was met with a charge for the part difference. I requested my diagnostic of the obvious for $185 be credited toward it, this was not done. Which was not overly expected, but was an olive branch for them to provide customer service. When it was rejected I just simply requested refund, this is the main motivation for the post. I could feel the overwhelming annoyance by the cashier of having to do a refund after my time was wasted etc. The general attitude in the service department is extremely poor. I really hate to post negatively about any business, but if I can help someone avoid dealing with this dealership then it's worth my time. - Charged for a multipoint inspection and all of my tires were low. Meaning obviously this wasn't done, then checked washer fluid was empty. I mean pitiful stuff here. I wouldn't accept a fully complementary service from them because I don't trust their service ability. Finally, last visit they put non synthetic in my truck and after reading the receipt had to clarify. Needless to say they had to flush it, acted like it was a huge inconvenience. The customer service here at Advantage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram "Service" department was outstanding and exceptional! They went above and beyond to assist in troubleshooting what was scoring/scratching my Jeep Ram "Service" department was outstanding and exceptional! They went above and beyond to assist in troubleshooting what was scoring/scratching my passenger side window, and even have suggested/offered to attempt to polish out the scratches. They also took the time to assess and research whether or not my sunroof screen part alone would have to be replaced or if the whole mechanical portion would have to be replaced. So, a big thank you and shout out go to Luis Carrasco, Service Manager, and PJ-Service Technician/Mechanic, who were professional and provided excellent and exceptional communication in breaking down and explaining the issues, and the time-frame that it would take to complete and resolve the issues. Thank you Dana Renaux, Service Advisor, for helping me troubleshoot the rattling noise in my engine when I accelerated or went up hills. Adding the gas additive/treatment, and putting in a higher grade gasoline which is recommended by Volkswagen, is working well, and have not heard anymore rattling noises coming from my engine! I would also like to take the time to thank and mention Charlie and Dyann Crown who took the time to sit down with me, and actually listen to my cares and concerns. I felt heard, seen, and validated. They advocated for me to have my vehicle inspected, and also went above and beyond to make sure the issues at hand were addressed, remedied, and rectified for a win-win amicable outcome and resolution. It is evident that their example in leadership along with their core values have trickled down and made an impact on the rest of the team members at Advantage CDJR. The ultimate satisfaction in my case was being able to drive off in my beautiful and sparkling clean VW Passat SE TSI courtesy of the Advantage CDJR Detail department. More

I brought it back (17 hours later) to upgrade it to one that has the features (yes I was willing to pay more for the features). They were awful. the manager Tre Turner was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and refused to do anything to allow me to upgrade after 17 hours. The entire purchase process was horrible but this is insane. I will be notifying local media and ensuring everyone knows what horrible dealership this is. More
