Denied Service Schedule Date. I have been a customer since 2004 when I purchased my 2004 Chevy 2500 Express Van from Rizza Chevrolet. Continued using Hawk to service my van along w I have been a customer since 2004 when I purchased my 2004 Chevy 2500 Express Van from Rizza Chevrolet. Continued using Hawk to service my van along with a 1999 Monte Carlo and 2002 Buick Rendevous. That loyalty ended in October 2014 when I called asking to schedule my van for routine service prior to leaving on a vacation 7 days later. Was told by a woman I had never dealth with in past, that she could not schedule me in, due to the ignition recall getting priority. Also could not be given a tentative service date for after vacation and told I would have to call back at later date. I then called Advantage Chevrolet and had no problem getting my vehicle in for service. Prior to this episode I was always treated well by Johnny Howard, Amanda Gorczynski, and Bill Parks, but, Goodbye Hawk. My money spends anywhere, and loyalty counts. Bill Bartgen More
This place has the worst service department in the world. I don't know where they get their employees from, but whenever I get my brakes repaired, it's guaranteed to be a 2 or 3 visit experience because they I don't know where they get their employees from, but whenever I get my brakes repaired, it's guaranteed to be a 2 or 3 visit experience because they don't know how to repair them correctly the first time. The last time I brought my vehicle in for brakes (May 2013) I spoke with Amanda who told me they were going to replace the new pads they put on the day before at "no charge" REALLY? Gee thanks! You guys put on defective pads you should replace them at no cost. Before this experience they had a service writer by the name of Bill Parks who was an out and out liar. The service manager is of no help and walks around like his head is in the clouds all the time. This place was better when Rizza owned it. At least they had service writers who knew their job and how to do it. They have discontinued sending me those "how are we doing" surveys because I don't give them the highest ratings. This place needs to be closed down or everyone replaced in the service department. More

If a service advisor by the name of Bill approaches your vehicle then RUN!! After waiting on hold on mutiple occasions for over 10 minutes, the operater paged Bill, the "service advisor." I wanted the opportunity to check to see if my car was looked at and Bill said it was not but assured me that the car would be looked at the following day. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to keep the car one more day so I mentioned that I would come by to pick it up and bring it in at a later time. He said that was fine. I get there to pick up the car and I wait another ten minutes for Bill to even acknowledge and assist me. He comes back with a bill saying that I owe money because a mechanic "got a chance" to look at my car. Really? When was that in the 5 minutes it took to get from house to Hawk Chevy? When I told him that I just spoke with him over the phone he pretended that he did know and kept telling me that I signed acknowledging the fee . Im well aware of the charge! I've dropped over 2K in service through you, but don't tell me that in the matter of 5 minutes after my call someone was able to inspect the car. He's words to be verbatim were "I'm done with you." Yes, well I'm done with Hawk Chevy! More
