Review Had an oil change and when I got my car back the seat position was completely changed. The help desk people in the service area were unhelpful they each told me to go to the next desk the girl I ended up working said loudly I'm already helping someone to the man who sent me over. The only nice one was the woman with the short hair. Then when my car was done i drove off and the car started to smell and smoke a little under the hood and had to bring it back to fix the problem. I'm 6 months pregnant I dont need this aggrevation. More

very helpful and accommodating Well seeing that I just purchased a 2019 Chevy track and it has been in the shop I told her three times and for each time I was adjusted with a nice R Well seeing that I just purchased a 2019 Chevy track and it has been in the shop I told her three times and for each time I was adjusted with a nice Rent-A-Car I was explained and verbal details what was going on with the car what they did to repair the car they reassured me each time that they was going to get down to the bottom of the problem and they did and they didn't all were very sympathetic to the fact that I had to keep bringing the car back and they just accommodated me and every kind of way and I definitely want to give a shout out to Bill over in the service department he is totally totally awesome!!!!! More

Poor customer experience A few weeks ago my wife brought here 2017 Chevy impala in to have a defective door panel replaced under warranty. The dealership mention to her about A few weeks ago my wife brought here 2017 Chevy impala in to have a defective door panel replaced under warranty. The dealership mention to her about repairing some starches in the paint. She agreed to bring the car back to have the issue addressed. I brought the car to dealership on Monday, March 25 2019 to have the issue addressed. I walked into the service area. It took several minutes before anyone asked me if I needed help. After speaking to one of the service writers he stated he remembered speaking to my about the starches The technician that does the body work was standing in the service area. We went out to the car together to verify what areas that need repairs. Still no paperwork completed by the service desk. The technican only applied clear coat to the starches. The appearance of the starches still remained after he add the clear coat paint. I pulled the car out of the service lane. 15-20 minutes after leaving the dealership I received a call from the service manager Bill asking about a $125 payment. I asked him why no one stated anything about a payment or completed any paperwork for the work that was poorly done. I return back to dealership to pay for the work. Bill reduced the charged to $60 but that does not take away poor experience at your dealership or the poor work that was completed and charged for. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership in the last 5 years, I also provided a referral. I am in the market for a 3rd vehicle which I spoke to a sales rep about yesterday during my visit. but after yesterday I have decided to shop elsewhere. More
Mechanic needs to be taught how to change oil. The oil monitoring instrument wasn't reset, the tires had all different pressures in them. Somewhere as much as 3 pounds different. Reset radio station to fix cause that I wasn't receiving 87.7 on the car radio. Mechanic tuned the radio to desire channel and instead of selecting a channel that had no pretuned station he deleted one of my stations and inputted 87.7. Forgot or neglected to reset oil sensor on the dashboard. When I got home it was still registering 14% remaining. I reset it. Tires had all different pounds of pressure in them I waited two days and rechecked them with a hand help pressure gauge and reset them myself. The service writer Jennifer was very nice. I decided to come back to Hawk Chevrolet because the corner oil changers do a poor job. Now, where do I turn? More
