Got there at 7a like I was told. Then was told part won’t be in for an hour. Then I return and not given updates until I get up at 10:15am to ask for an update I was told ten more minutes and it was more lik be in for an hour. Then I return and not given updates until I get up at 10:15am to ask for an update I was told ten more minutes and it was more like 20. I thought this was gonna be an in and out job and it wasn’t. You should tell the customer a realistic timeline when booking the service. More
