No complaints😃 I scheduled my maintenance appointment and she was helpful and personable. When I dropped my car off and was waiting for my ride which was late, a ver I scheduled my maintenance appointment and she was helpful and personable. When I dropped my car off and was waiting for my ride which was late, a very nice female employee brought my dog out a cup of water which was very nice of her. My car was washed as I had asked. I had also asked about a whistling noice when I ran the air and they figured out the problem and fixed it. Great job everyone! More

Oil change and tire rotation I came in for a 15000 mile maintenance including an oil change and tire rotation. I was promptly greeted and they took care of my vehicle. The whole service took a little bit longer than I expected, 1.5 hours.. Also,they said they would give my car a wash but they never did. Nevertheless, the service people and staff were super nice and courteous. More

Great until Paint Situation Salesmen and service were good.We bought two cars that day.Our sons car 2019 Equinox needed. touchup on passenger door jamb.I told salesmen and GM I w Salesmen and service were good.We bought two cars that day.Our sons car 2019 Equinox needed. touchup on passenger door jamb.I told salesmen and GM I would touch up if they got me the bottle.They said ok and we proceeded to parts department.We got totally blown off by parts counter man.Never received touch up.Was in car business 27 years and never seen nothing like that happen where parts man trumped both salesmen.Overall experience was good.Will go to Webb Chevy for service More
