A MOST PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE! The overall experience we had at Hawk Chevy in Bridgeview was phenomenal. Marcin Gacek was knowledgeable about the Malibu - it's features, options av The overall experience we had at Hawk Chevy in Bridgeview was phenomenal. Marcin Gacek was knowledgeable about the Malibu - it's features, options available, availability and location of the specific car I was looking for and pricing details. He was personable, respectful and patient throughout the entire time it took to work through and conclude our deal. We arrived at Hawk Chevy January 20 late in the afternoon and drove home in our new Malibu that he had picked up in Wisconsin, 48 hours later. This was inclusive of all the pricing and financing paperwork, arranging the On-Star and points-earned details, outlining the Service Department's features and having the special protective coating applied before we left the dealership. Marcin's expertise in salesmanship was outstanding. We didn't feel pressured or rushed at any time. He presented facts and offered explanations and optional information when asked. Had a problem with a recall on brakes with my silverodo worked with Bill the service manage he did everything he could so there would be no inconvenience to me due to faulty parts.
