Was at two other dealers before coming to hawk. They had my brand new Chevy truck for weeks and could not fix it. Tom in service took care of me and not only found the problem but had it fixed in a couple o my brand new Chevy truck for weeks and could not fix it. Tom in service took care of me and not only found the problem but had it fixed in a couple of days. He did a great job of keeping me informed of the progress. Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone. More

We had an issue with getting a part pit onour car. Bill in service made sure it was taken care of. He took otcupon himself to inspect and make sure it was done to perfection. He was great.
