The people at your location are very courteous and helpful. However, despite assurances that all customers and staff would be wearing face masks, 2 customers standing in the service area were allowed helpful. However, despite assurances that all customers and staff would be wearing face masks, 2 customers standing in the service area were allowed to not wear masks and talked at length to service personnel and no staff asked them to put on a mask. In addition while my car was getting its oil changed, I wanted to go into your showroom because my wife is looking to get a new car. However, 2 of your staff in the showroom were talking to customers and each other without wearing a mask. Thus I did not go into your showroom. This cost you a sale as my wife bought a car elsewhere. If mask requirements for staff and customers and staff are not followed or enforced I do not feel safe doing business at your location More

The worst car dealership! They sold me an appearance package for interior and exterior when I tried to have it serviced in 2019 I was told twice to come back they surface repair person did not show up! package for interior and exterior when I tried to have it serviced in 2019 I was told twice to come back they surface repair person did not show up! I was upset they said I can take it anywhere to call Simoniz first. I waited until I had time this year. Well Simoniz says I only purchased interior repair! When I called back dealership and salesman they said it is covered. Salesman Asbel Diaz says service will call me to schedule appointment ...twice ! It never happened. I went in today 7/14/20 and service said they will get back to me that the repair person will be in this afternoon he took pictures and called back at 10:15 and said it’s not covered?!?! Called finance department and they said talk to salesman! Salesman says it is covered come in next week Tuesday at 3:00 !?! Again with the come back again. Then the repair person doesn’t show! Looking at my bill of sale I noticed now that they charged me an additional 300 dollars on top of the additional 300 dollars that I paid for exterior repairs!! This is a horrible place to buy a car ! I recommend you save your money and a ton of frustration and go anywhere else but to Hawk Chevorlet in Bridgeview! I am sure this is illegal! But if they ripoff a few customers a few hundred here and a few hundred there they make a really big killing on there profits! The state’s attorney of Illinois should put them out of business! I hope they do! That is where my next complaint is going! Never go near this place if you value your money time and heath!! More
