Hawk Chevy in Bridgeview always does a thorough job. The staff is friendly and courteous. The downside is the wait. I would hope having an appointment set up a week prior would have the wait time less than staff is friendly and courteous. The downside is the wait. Every one in the service center treated me great at Hawk Chevrolet. Kevin Phillips service advisor went out out of his way to make sure that the problem with my truck was repaired correctly and was not as Chevrolet.
