The people at your location are very courteous and helpful. However, despite assurances that all customers and staff would be wearing face masks, 2 customers standing in the service area were allowed helpful. However, despite assurances that all customers and staff would be wearing face masks, 2 customers standing in the service area were allowed to not wear masks and talked at length to service personnel and no staff asked them to put on a mask. In addition while my car was getting its oil changed, I wanted to go into your showroom because my wife is looking to get a new car. However, 2 of your staff in the showroom were talking to customers and each other without wearing a mask. Thus I did not go into your showroom. This cost you a sale as my wife bought a car elsewhere. If mask requirements for staff and customers and staff are not followed or enforced I do not feel safe doing business at your location More
