Brought my Vehicle to Hawk Chevy in Bridgeview after it failed the emmissions test. Service person Bill and your technicians initially couldn't find the problem but Bill made sure I was provided with a ni failed the emmissions test. Service person Bill and your technicians initially couldn't find the problem but Bill made sure I was provided with a nice loaner vehicle mine was in the shop. It took awhile to diagnose the problem but overall I was happy with the pleasant customer service I received and my vehicle did pass the emission. Overall I am very happy with your service. More
