Good service but not great. As a person who works in customer service I know how important it is to deliver a great experience. While everyone is sort of friendly i feel as if they can work on communica customer service I know how important it is to deliver a great experience. While everyone is sort of friendly i feel as if they can work on communicating better with timelines and delays. As well as speaking to customers in a nice way and explaining things in a way to not make customers feel like they asked a dumb question. They need to work on communication delays because if i see my car was already brought back and parked outside ready and it’s sitting there for over 25 minutes, I’m going to be upset that my keys haven’t been given to me yet. But if staff could come back and let me know “hey your car is ready i am just waiting on paperwork to be completed i apologize for the delay”, it would make a huge difference because now i know you guys value my time. Especially if I was there for over an hour and a half with an appointment. So yes your service is okay but not great not 5 stars yet. More
