He gave us the best deal possible and was very straight forward w the process and the numbers. Not your typical salesman by any means. We didn’t feel pushed or rushed and that’s something I like. This was my first time purchasing a car and I came with three other relatives to help with the experience. Our sales rep attempted to run my credit without my permission even after I told him I had my own financing. The finance manager, I believe his name was Jesus was extremely dismissive and was talking down to us. He claimed that Advantage has never accepted overnighted paychecks, and that we would have to bring the physical check ourselves. That was not the case when my grandmother bought her previous vehicles. Kelvin from the management dept came to talk to us and did not ease any of our concerns. The first day we were there for well over 3 hours. Upon receiving the car days later, one of my pinstripes on the side has not been fixed like they assured us it would. I was very uncomfortable during the entire car buying experience. This was my first time purchasing a car, which they knew and I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Representative was pleasant, however I knew the problems the car was having and I don't feel it was addressed. I read the problem the car was having "the front catalytic converter has a leak. On the receipt it said "her outside mechanic said it was the catalytic converter. I don't think it was addressed. Taking it back to my mechanic and will use his referral for a shop to address problem. I said I was looking for a reliable shop for my car, but I'm not sure about this shop. I should also mention my mechanic is a retired dealer mechanic and I usually know what's wrong with my car before I bring it to a shop. Unfortunately I know seniors and women end up being victims to paying for repairs not necessary. More

Jevon was amazing and helpful during this process! This was my grandmothers first time buying a new vehicle, and Jevon made it a wonderful experience for her!
