Before I signed my contract everything was somewhat ok. I asked for a car note $300 or less and got a $374 note I had no choice but to take it because I need a car badly. So they didn't try to get it lower as a result I had my car only 8 mos. before it got repo. Dino was very very rude I believe he has no customer service skill. Anybody thats tells a customer "I'm tired of this sh**" is a sad excuse for an employee. Will was a somewhat sales person. He didn't know much and every few minutes he had to go a ask the manager if they had simply things. When I bought the car it had a tire that was wrapped Will told Dino, Dino told Steve, then Steve clam he would have it fixed but I took the car in sad part is I marked the tire and sure enough they just wasted my time. They put the same exact tire back on and when I said something they wouldn't even fix it. In fact kicked me out. Unsatified customer came in trying to fight the dealers, managers hangging up on customers then talking about it in front of other customers, all the way to selling car that haven't even been checked by thier mechanics. They lie about promotions they have in newspapers and on the radio.It's just not a dealership I would refer anyone or go to again. I miss my car so bad. Was going to pay it off this month but it all didn't happen. More
After all sale are final, you can't get any help from these people. Another example of how car sale men take advantage of people and their hard earned money. Most unprofessional service department I've ever worked with! Expect to be treated with no respect and expect to be without a car for nearly a week with no offer of a rental. If a service advisor by the name of Bill approaches your vehicle then RUN!! After waiting on hold on mutiple occasions for over 10 minutes, the operater paged Bill, the "service advisor." I wanted the opportunity to check to see if my car was looked at and Bill said it was not but assured me that the car would be looked at the following day. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to keep the car one more day so I mentioned that I would come by to pick it up and bring it in at a later time. He said that was fine. I get there to pick up the car and I wait another ten minutes for Bill to even acknowledge and assist me. He comes back with a bill saying that I owe money because a mechanic "got a chance" to look at my car. Really? When was that in the 5 minutes it took to get from house to Hawk Chevy? When I told him that I just spoke with him over the phone he pretended that he did know and kept telling me that I signed acknowledging the fee . Im well aware of the charge! I've dropped over 2K in service through you, but don't tell me that in the matter of 5 minutes after my call someone was able to inspect the car. He's words to be verbatim were "I'm done with you." Yes, well I'm done with Hawk Chevy! More
Went to kingdom Chevy and the service was a total let down. The Agent we had lied to our face didn't even run our credit. The Guy told us if we couldn't get a car there we would not be able to get it any where, mind you we came with a trade, $3,500, and a GM discount. We went to Hawk Chevy and they made the deal quick, got us a 2012 Chevy Malibu, and a 6% interest rate. Thank You sooooooo Much MIKE and Hawk Chevy!!!! More

It took me a while to fnd the Tahoe I really wanted but Rob was real patient and found me the one I wanted from different dealer out of state. I think I already wrote a negative review last year for this dealership. Now following up on continued issues with this place. I had purchased an extended warranty last year. A year later now, my car ha this dealership. Now following up on continued issues with this place. I had purchased an extended warranty last year. A year later now, my car has a small issue that should be covered under warranty. I called GM to verify this and low and behold, the dealer never sent in the information. What a surprise! So I have waited weeks now for them to follow up on this. Never once getting a call, saying sorry for the oversight, or incompetence. I even took a day off yesterday to take my car into a closer GM dealer, as I would never go back to this place. Went to take my car in, assured that the information was faxed in. But no, its not in the system, and they couldnt repair my vehicle. On top of that they wanted to charge me for the diagnostic, which I refused to pay. So they called Hawk Chevrolet and they said they would pay for the diagnostic, yet they still couldn't clarify with this dealer that I truly do have a warranty I paid for. So I left the dealer with my car still having issues and taking a day off for nothing. Called Hawk Chevrolet and Maggie when I returned home. Call went to voicemail, never got a returned call back. At no point have I gotten a call from Hawk, after calling twice, and still am in limbo to get my car fixed. Nice dealership! More

I initially purchased the car under Rizza ownership and thought I'd get a better experience under Hawk. My experience was fine with Hawk, but dealing with a salesperson who worked with Rizza for many years I would suggest to stay away from the salesperson Rocco since he is not forthcoming in all of his actions and lacking explanation of why is what. Dissappointed with Rocco for not being HONEST, but satisfied with how Hawk Chevy manager rectified the situation. My suggestion: Deal with sales people who did not work for Rizza... More
