Will be trading this vehicle in to another dealership ASAP anyone who asks me I tell them never to go to Hawk Chevrolet! Go any where else but there! And I dont even want to talk about the service department...and the girl that walks around in there...thats a whole other story! Please avoid this place! More

This place has the worst service department in the world. I don't know where they get their employees from, but whenever I get my brakes repaired, it's guaranteed to be a 2 or 3 visit experience because they I don't know where they get their employees from, but whenever I get my brakes repaired, it's guaranteed to be a 2 or 3 visit experience because they don't know how to repair them correctly the first time. The last time I brought my vehicle in for brakes (May 2013) I spoke with Amanda who told me they were going to replace the new pads they put on the day before at "no charge" REALLY? Gee thanks! You guys put on defective pads you should replace them at no cost. Before this experience they had a service writer by the name of Bill Parks who was an out and out liar. The service manager is of no help and walks around like his head is in the clouds all the time. This place was better when Rizza owned it. At least they had service writers who knew their job and how to do it. They have discontinued sending me those "how are we doing" surveys because I don't give them the highest ratings. This place needs to be closed down or everyone replaced in the service department. More

I drove all the way from Lake County to this dealership only to get bad service. I had previously contacted the sales man to give him all my info so i knew if it was worth driving all the way over there. W only to get bad service. At the end I received some excuse that his sales manager had to sign off our loan so that we had to come back. When i called him again he said he had changed his mind and bumped my down payment from 500 to 1500 and had to give me an older model plus higher car payments. These people are not proffesionals and will take advantage of you in the closest opportunity. They lost a great sale!! More

There is no reason as to why this experience was no one of the greatest. Not only did they accomodate to my level of needs, but they reached out by not only searching for a vehicle out side of the dealersh of the greatest. From the body style, to the perks, to the price, and to even the miles. Great customer service. Took care of everything i could of possible been asking for in a dealership, sales person, and even the tahoe i was looking for. Overall i would certainly reccomend friends and family to Hawk Chevy to purchase a car or even do the same needs as i was accomodated to searching for the quality i had been looking for. the car shopping I did with hawk chevy was cool Rocco did a xxxx of job . I had been looking for a used car for a few months already and everywhere I went, it seemed that the dealers just wanted to rip me off. I decided to check this dealer out one saturday and I was met wi already and everywhere I went, it seemed that the dealers just wanted to rip me off. I decided to check this dealer out one saturday and I was met with a very friendly and knowledgeable sales consultant, Adam Sanchez. He was very down to earth and honest. He didn't hover around me like other salesmen usually do and he didn't try to pressure me into buying something i couldn't afford or didn't want. Other dealers tried to get me to buy a new car when I had specifically told them I wanted a good used car. He gave me a list of cars and when I left there I had a vehicle at the best price ever! I was floored when he told me the price of my 2007 Dodge and i left with a smile on my face. I would definitely recommend this young man to anyone wanting to buy a car. More
