When I returned to provide requested documents, I thought the visit would conclude within the hour. However, Chris introduced me to Edyta and to Gus, and later that evening I drove a brand new Chevy Camaro the visit would conclude within the hour. However, Chris introduced me to Edyta and to Gus, and later that evening I drove a brand new Chevy Camaro home. What really made a difference for me is that they allowed me to keep my Pontiac with them indoors overnight. This helped to cement the trust between us. Edyta took her time explaining OnStar to me, and I will be keeping the service after the trial period. It was late in the evening close to 9:00 pm and Gus did not rush me to complete the paperwork. I was able to relax, read over some of the documents, and ask questions before signing. This also helped to cement the trust between us. I did have some anxiety over the financing, but the rate and terms were fair. I crunched numbers in advance with hypothetical situations and was not off to mark. This, too, helped to cement the trust between us. Lastly, Chris was consistent and persistent. He wanted me to do business with Hawk Chevrolet and does just offer up lip service. He drove to another city to get the car that I wanted. That is commitment. My next Chevy purchase will be with Hawk Chevrolet. I have the Traverse in mind, red jewel tintcoat, and no racing stripes! Bought a truck thought it was nice till I got home and really checked it out. It was obviously in a wreck the bed was repainted and had a huge run in the paint. There was overspray everywhere. The inside which they promised they were going to clean to look brand new was disgusting. There was still half a cookie in between the seats in plain view stains all over. The front seats both needed work which rocko promised to get fixed the next day. So when I went back which was an hour out of my way on my drive home from work he jacked me around and said he couldn't squeeze me in at this time and he would call me the next wednesday. It's been over two weeks and no call. He also only gave me one key and said he would get me another one and guess what?! That was a big fat lie too. That guy is the total stereotypical sleazy scumbag salesman we were all warned about. I am sorry I even went there. My wife is due for a new car and there is absolutely no way I will ever walk back into any hawk dealership. I am not even going back for my free oil change. Screw them. Their loss More
