It took me a while to fnd the Tahoe I really wanted but Rob was real patient and found me the one I wanted from different dealer out of state. I think I already wrote a negative review last year for this dealership. Now following up on continued issues with this place. I had purchased an extended warranty last year. A year later now, my car ha this dealership. Now following up on continued issues with this place. I had purchased an extended warranty last year. A year later now, my car has a small issue that should be covered under warranty. I called GM to verify this and low and behold, the dealer never sent in the information. What a surprise! So I have waited weeks now for them to follow up on this. Never once getting a call, saying sorry for the oversight, or incompetence. I even took a day off yesterday to take my car into a closer GM dealer, as I would never go back to this place. Went to take my car in, assured that the information was faxed in. But no, its not in the system, and they couldnt repair my vehicle. On top of that they wanted to charge me for the diagnostic, which I refused to pay. So they called Hawk Chevrolet and they said they would pay for the diagnostic, yet they still couldn't clarify with this dealer that I truly do have a warranty I paid for. So I left the dealer with my car still having issues and taking a day off for nothing. Called Hawk Chevrolet and Maggie when I returned home. Call went to voicemail, never got a returned call back. At no point have I gotten a call from Hawk, after calling twice, and still am in limbo to get my car fixed. Nice dealership! More

My experience was fine with Hawk, but dealing with a salesperson who worked with Rizza for many years I would suggest to stay away from the salesperson Rocco since he is not forthcoming in all of his actions and lacking explanation of why is what. Dissappointed with Rocco for not being HONEST, but satisfied with how Hawk Chevy manager rectified the situation. My suggestion: Deal with sales people who did not work for Rizza... More
John schoder and the snake Dino will screw you out of thousands of dollars just to sell a car. Typical car salesmen will lie and keep you hoping and not deliver. The will ask for money and tell you whatever you want to hear just to sell a car. They won't return calls or even make an effort once you leave since you just got suckered by them. They prey on the financially strapped individuals. Talk about other peoples credit scores and how bad people need cars so they screw them on interest rates. Laugh at people with little money and get them into cars they know they can't afford or keep. Selling cars and hitting numbers is all this dealer is about. John especially disclosed numerous individuals credit scenarios with me about a lady who had a repo, no job and they were going to get her in a used car for over 19% interest just to sell a car. He laughed and stated that this is what he and Dino are good at!!! I will never reccomend anyone to go there or even buy there. Find a more customer friendly dealer to work with. More

After I took delivery of my car, I had a repair made that was agreed upon before the final sale. The service department repaired the problem in a very short time and very professional manner. Most of all I was impressed by the Customer Service Rep.(Edyta) in her help to get the Sirius Radio working for me due to "OnStar" having problems with their software and not being able to activate my unit. Edyta has kept in touch and done everything she could to fix the problem. I am very impressed with Hawk Chevy and I recommend them to anyone looking for an auto. They stand behind their word and product. More
