Denied Service Schedule Date. I have been a customer since 2004 when I purchased my 2004 Chevy 2500 Express Van from Rizza Chevrolet. Continued using Hawk to service my van along w I have been a customer since 2004 when I purchased my 2004 Chevy 2500 Express Van from Rizza Chevrolet. Continued using Hawk to service my van along with a 1999 Monte Carlo and 2002 Buick Rendevous. That loyalty ended in October 2014 when I called asking to schedule my van for routine service prior to leaving on a vacation 7 days later. Was told by a woman I had never dealth with in past, that she could not schedule me in, due to the ignition recall getting priority. Also could not be given a tentative service date for after vacation and told I would have to call back at later date. I then called Advantage Chevrolet and had no problem getting my vehicle in for service.
