Bait and Switch on advertised internet "deal"! SCAM Found car on TrueCar 2014 Chevy Cruze 55k miles for truecar deal $7100. Received price guarantee through truecar. Pics on TrueCar of white car very nice, but don't match description of black car. Sent inquiry through TrueCar site to dealer about setting appointment. Immediate follow up acknowledgement email received with TrueCar price guarantee. Call from dealer right after saying price is accurate but car in shop, and will not be out for 4 days. Confirmed dealer would call once car back on lot so I could drive 1.5 hours to see car. Dealer calls 3 days later confirming car expected back as planned and wanted to set appointment. I went to dealership as planned, and was told car still in shop. Told yes they'll honor price but only on that specific car....then told they would entertain price on comparable call. All the while I'm calm and stating I'd go see that car in shop if that's what it takes. Then they say "well that shop is over and hour away." I said I'm still interested, and then told by sales manager that they can't sell it for that regardless of what it said on the internet, and what I was told on the phone. They sent it to the shop for scratch repairs and now the price is $4000 more, but negotiable. I showed the TrueCar certificate and 14 day expiration guaranteed price and sales manager says..."well we don't plug all the cars information into the internet since we don't have time and it's automated and sometimes inaccurate when it's entered like in your case." I left What a scam to get you there to show you something similar. Avoid this place. So many better legit places. This is a fooler with the official CHEVROLET Dealership front.
