He was personable, conscientious, respectful, knowledgeable, and really listened to what we had to say. He is an amazing and genuine young man who is a joy to work with. Art is trustworthy and respectful of his customers. Both Edyta and Forrest are knowledge, personable, and very patient with two people who asked a lot of questions about the vehicle's technology and financing, respectively. Dixie was my internet contact and she introduced herself to us when we were at Hawk.
