The Staff are all knowledgeable. All your staff is knowledgeable, however, they push lots of extra maintenance on your car. I went for just an oil change and almost spent over $400, but decided to wait. Having not planned on so much work on a fairly new car. It's nice the mechanics let you know what you may be facing, but the way it's presented is not desirable. Having a checklist of what may be needed is good...it's the pushing feeling I don't like. Also, listening to all the scams out there, we don't know who to trust anymore. I usually felt very good about Hawk, however, this last visit had me feeling pressured. More
