The BEST My car was having an issue which started last year in July and they were determined to figure out what was wrong and they did. The service department totally rocks, Bill, Tom, Michael, and Katherine are totally amazing. My Sonic (Monkey) now runs nice and smooth because of them. I highly recommend this service department. Satisfying. The service adviser stated it would take about 1.5 hours to complete the service and he was very close to being correct. Maintenance Went in for service maintenance took a little longer than what I expected and I really didn't have time to be there because I had plans. My car smelle Went in for service maintenance took a little longer than what I expected and I really didn't have time to be there because I had plans. My car smelled like coolant afterwards not sure if that's normal after a coolant flush but my car back in service now because my a/c not working now, so happy this time they were able to reserve a rental for me now just waiting to see what's wrong with my vehicle 😕 More
