They were very pleasant over the phone in scheduling my service appointment for the very next day at 7:30am. They informed me, that there would be no out-of-pocket charge, due to the work being covered under my extended powertrain warranty!!! They dropped me off at home while work performed. And picked me back up. My car was ready by noon!!! AWESOME experience. Keep of the good work HAWK!!! More

Great service Arrived for my scheduled appointment, all my information taken. I informed the service manager that I was going to have my breakfast and then return. Arrived for my scheduled appointment, all my information taken. I informed the service manager that I was going to have my breakfast and then return. After I had my breakfast, I returned and as soon as I walked in the service technician entered with my keys saying it was fixed. He explained why my issue happened and how it was repaired.
