Great service! I went in to Advantage Chevy in Bridgeview for a faulty PPS sensor/error code. It was on the passenger seat, not allowing a live connection so the ai I went in to Advantage Chevy in Bridgeview for a faulty PPS sensor/error code. It was on the passenger seat, not allowing a live connection so the airbag could deploy if needed. I was assisted by Service Advisor Janette Sokacich. I told her I was aware of a service notice for this problem. She checked in the system, found the notice and assured me it would be covered at no cost, if that was what the tech found was causing the code. It turned out that the PPS sensor wiring was the problem and there would be no cost involved. The replacement part was not in stock, so she placed an order. She said it would be about 2 weeks to get it. She called me when it came in, said it was already billed out, so I could come anytime to have it swapped out. She made an appointment with the same tech that did the original diagnostic so he was familiar with the car. I had the service completed and was on my way. Janette was very competent, professional and a pleasure to do business with. I worked in various customer service roles at FEDEX for 40+ yrs and I could tell she was genuinely interested in doing things right for the customer. I would absolutely recommend Advantage to anyone in need of Chevy service, particularly due to Janette’s taking care of my issue. Thank you Janette and Advantage! More
