Solid Service Team Bought our 2018 Volt at BRC last September, been very happy with it. First one they ever sold! There had been something wrong with the shark fin-like radio antenna since we first left the lot with the car, and it was quite an adventure figuring out how to get it sorted between busy life schedules on our end and a seemingly revolving door of employees on theirs but recently we finally had time to drop off for a proper assessment and repair. The fix wasn't free/covered under our paid service plan as we were originally told after all, but Lori and Pete and the rest of the service team did a nice job working with us and getting costs down to an almost reasonable place. Still may need to work with insurance to get everything reimbursed properly, but the team did what they could to get us back on the road and everyone that helped compensated appropriately. They got us a decent loaner (new Malibu) in the interim as well, which I know is pretty standard but was still a nice touch. Good team up against some pretty unfortunately rigid corporate policies, but if you get the right employees they will take care of you. More
The service department was terrible. Would not return calls, placed us on hold and hung up. Promised that our car would be ready and then we were told the needed part was on back order after having the calls, placed us on hold and hung up. Bought my first car from them I bought Nissan Altima 2009 sedan 2.5s from them. And it was my first car which they have realized for sure. I was overly charged for the stuff tha I bought Nissan Altima 2009 sedan 2.5s from them. And it was my first car which they have realized for sure. I was overly charged for the stuff that they didn't even ask me before installing on the car; and I don't even want to mention about the registration and license plate cost. They charged me $500 for "Auto theft protection window " and another $100 for "3M door edge protection". Which won't cost more than $300 MAX I believe. Well another key thing to mention, I didn't even know about these cost since it's not mentioned on the receipt. So, their receipt was a plain piece of white paper where they just mentioned in two sentences that I paid "X" amount in cash and "Y" amount in card. That's how a receipt suppose to be?!!!! However, after asking them for a receipt which will breakdown everything for me, they gave me one. I would have think it's a mistake that they forgot to give me the receipt initially, but it seemed like they just typed up the cost and printed it out after I asked them for it. I find it very unfair of them. No one should have such experience when buying their first car. Manager: Mohammed Ali More
