Very unsatisfied with this place . I bought my 2015 BMW up there just cause my CHASIS STABILITY light came on and when I came to pick it up I barely made it two lights down before my c I bought my 2015 BMW up there just cause my CHASIS STABILITY light came on and when I came to pick it up I barely made it two lights down before my car started to overheat . I’ve never had that problem once before until I dropped it off . I also paid for the oil change problem which I’m afraid to use because of there faulty work preparation! I literally came to pay for a car I could no longer drive after drop off . I’m so disappointed. More

I’ve always been annoyed by this dealer, although it is close to home and thus pretty convenient. I paid them, but you’re not supposed to proceed with work unless it’s approved after giving the full estimate. Anything else is stealing. Needless to say, I won’t be buying my next car from them. I had to initiate contact everyday with my service agent by end of day asking for status. Vehicles in service for about a week for simple service. After diagnostic, unnecessary recommendations for services that had already been completed just few months before. at an authorized mechanic. It’s enough that price gouging is prevalent in the world but to recommend unneeded service just because they think you need it. Not very reliable in my option. More
