Keep your eyes open when dealing with Advantage. I bought a Certified 4 series from them in Nov 2020. They failed to clear the prior owner info from the car. Failed to check both key fobs. Had to re bought a Certified 4 series from them in Nov 2020. They failed to clear the prior owner info from the car. Failed to check both key fobs. Had to return bc one did not work. They ordered a new one and mailed it to me. A month or so later, I noticed scratches where the passenger side convertible top meets the top of the windshield. Should’ve inspected it better. Finally, they failed to transfer the maintenance warranty to me. When I called about this they said BMW USA changed that and I would have to pay for the change. They NEVER told me this at the purchase. I am concerned if they truly performed the certified inspection and work. DO NOT TRUST ADVANTAGE. More

I was an out of town buyer so my relationship with my salesperson was very important. The salesperson Albie Sugiharto did an excellent job in communicating with me on all my questions including sending m salesperson was very important.
