Effective communication with customers by service advisors (Richard Martinez) before the job was completed but need better management oversight on service advisors such as-firing or quitting the job advisors (Richard Martinez) before the job was completed but need better management oversight on service advisors such as-firing or quitting the job while the customer is still waiting to PU the car as promised - I waited 3 hrs to find out what’s going on. Good leadership would have transferred the fired advisor tasks to another advisor, so the customer doesn’t wait 3 hrs of his time wondering what’s going on. More
