Had already done my research, knew what I was looking for and narrowed it down to 3 models. The X3 beat out the other two (Porsche Macan and Audi Q5) for multiple reasons. The sales rep (they're called clien and narrowed it down to 3 models. The X3 beat out the other two (Porsche Macan and Audi Q5) for multiple reasons. The sales rep (they're called client advisor here) was pleasant to deal with, answered all my questions and was overall helpful but not pushy at all. He was a bit unsure at first how to deal with an older woman alone shopping for a new car. Guess there is a wide variety of people with different personalities who shop for BMWs, all different. He warmed up quickly, and things went very well and fast. I felt seen and respected. Only one word of caution and shudda seen it coming: The dealership will try to sell a warranty extension, a windshield protection program, a maintenance program, etc. (all expensive) before closing the deal. Altogether will add thousands to your final price. Just be aware and prepared. I would still go back to this dealership to buy another BMW. Just for comparison's sake, I also tried to shop at BMW of West Houston. Stood around for half an hour; never talked to a sales rep. Guess they didn't need my money. More
