You are swarming customers with little tread depth measurement tools. Three people on five minutes like flies on xxxx. All measurements were fine but you said they were marginal. To pass test on TX you need 3mm. To be legal 2mm. And you push tires when they have only 5 or 6. Then your service progress tool doesn’t works. Just keep saying in inspection. When I inquired the car was actually already done. The service advisor (of which you have way too many) wasn’t aware or on it until I asked. Then it turns out the technician fat fingered the wrong tire and over inflated the tires by about 5 psi vs the door label. More

My car broke down after Advantage BMW was closed on Saturday. My service advisor, Kevin Kommany, called me first thing on the following Monday morning to let me know he was aware of the situation and w Saturday. My service advisor, Kevin Kommany, called me first thing on the following Monday morning to let me know he was aware of the situation and would take car of it. Kevin made sure my car's issues were diagnosed in a timely fashion and notified me of the problems, solutions and costs and kept me apprised of the anticipated timeline. I needed a ride back to the dealership to retrieve my car, which Kevin arranged. Thanks to Kevin's professionalism and the mechanics in the service department, my car's issues were fixed by the end of the day on Tuesday. More
