My overall experience with this dealership was pretty seamless, although I was disappointed with my salesman Hector. We viewed and purchased a vehicle in November. Upon viewing the vehicle, we noticed the headlight was out, to which the salesman replied it would be fixed prior to finalizing the purchase, the vehicle wasn’t brought out until after the paperwork signed, and it was parked with everything off. When we turned the vehicle on to leave the light/module was still off. We were very disappointed, that the salesman didn’t keep his word, nor did he notify us that he couldn’t get it done prior to us signing the agreement to purchase the vehicle. I question his integrity because of this. More
