At 4:45 on a Saturday I got a nail in my tire. Was close to Advantage BMW but they closed at 5. Guess what they did- they worked me in and stayed late to replace my tire. Terrible experience. You are not in the business of customer service. You’ve got the whole service department focused on pushing tires. You are swarming customers with little tread depth measurement tools. Three people on five minutes like flies on xxxx. All measurements were fine but you said they were marginal. To pass test on TX you need 3mm. To be legal 2mm. And you push tires when they have only 5 or 6. Then your service progress tool doesn’t works. Just keep saying in inspection. When I inquired the car was actually already done. The service advisor (of which you have way too many) wasn’t aware or on it until I asked. Then it turns out the technician fat fingered the wrong tire and over inflated the tires by about 5 psi vs the door label. More
