Marked up prices compared to bmw west houston and advantage bmw midtown. Over 50% in parts. Incorrect diagnosis said everything was good when clearly it was not working. At 4:45 on a Saturday I got a nail in my tire. Was close to Advantage BMW but they closed at 5. Guess what they did- they worked me in and stayed late to replace my tire.
