After diagnostic, unnecessary recommendations for services that had already been completed just few months before. at an authorized mechanic. It’s enough that price gouging is prevalent in the world but to recommend unneeded service just because they think you need it. Not very reliable in my option. More

Sales process was great however after the sell was finalized I was given the run around about when the vehicle was going to be free to pick up.
