My car broke down after Advantage BMW was closed on Saturday. My service advisor, Kevin Kommany, called me first thing on the following Monday morning to let me know he was aware of the situation and w Saturday. Kevin made sure my car's issues were diagnosed in a timely fashion and notified me of the problems, solutions and costs and kept me apprised of the anticipated timeline. I needed a ride back to the dealership to retrieve my car, which Kevin arranged. Thanks to Kevin's professionalism and the mechanics in the service department, my car's issues were fixed by the end of the day on Tuesday. More
