Many people (me included) dread having to negotiate the price of their car. I'm always worried that I didn't get the best deal possible, but with this car purchase, I felt good and continue to feel good about my new car and the whole experience. I will certainly be a repeat customer. Even though Greg had other clients while I was there, he and Sharon managed to make everyone feel attended to. From the test drive, to the trade-in discussion, down to the tour of the dealership and overview of my vehicle, I was happy with my experience (they paid such attention to detail). Even the finance guy was nice (very personable)! He didn't badger me about extended coverage or try to pressure me into anything extra. The customer service is great. I bought my car almost three weeks ago, so I've gone back for my free car wash and cookies. They continue to please. More

When making decisions regarding add ons he offered his opinion but let us make the final decisions. Greg even called a few days after picking up the car to see how things were going and if I had any questions. His assistant Sharon was friendly and efficient. For me she added a feeling of security in a male dominant environment. She made us feel welcome and was very helpful. We have purchased several cars and this was without a doubt the best experience we have ever had. Greg and Sharon made this a pleasant and exciting experience. Their professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding. More
Having owned Acura's for 5 years now I already know and understand the value that the brand delivers. My Wife drives an MDX (her 3rd) and I have previously owned a 6MT TSX and a TL-Base. The end of the 2011 TL Model year brought with it a "too good to refuse" 0.9% Finance offer. I hastily typed up an email to my good friends (Salesmen is simply not the right description) Tom Trulis and Harry Nesbit at Continental Acura and expressed my interest in a 2011 SH-AWD TL. There was a caveat, I had to economically exit my 14month lease on the base TL. A true testament to the powerful residual value of the Acura brand, I was able to do this for a few hundred bucks. Knowing that the 1st hurdle was crossed, Tom and Harry set out to find me the perfect car, which they did very expediently through a dealer trade. Less than 72 hours after seeing the 0.9% finance offer in my email I was grinning from ear-to-ear driving a stunning Black over Taupe TL SH-AWD off the lot. All-in-all another fantastic buying experience and another fantastic Acura, the best yet. I cannot praise Tom and Harry enough for the professional and personal manner in which they have worked with me and my friends and colleagues whom I have referred. More

Eddie Colville is the person I dealt with and he was very knowledgeable about the process of a Canadian purchasing from the U.S.A. I was very comfortable dealing with Eddie from the first phone call to the last, every question and concern that I had was answered or dealt with promptly. More
I did a good amount of research and made several trips to this dealer and others. Tom Trulis was knowledgable, helpful and accomidating. He did not pressure sell. Let's you do what works for you. Sent an email to local dealers stating I was going to purchase a EDX and I wanted their best price. Stated to reply by email only. Greg sent me a quote but explained they would have to find the color I wanted with the FWD. He contacted me and found that one was to be made in May and they would trade an Atlanta dealer. I did not want to miss the .9% financing so said I would take a White. He found one locally, contacted me, set an appointmrnt and I was in and out in 1 1/4 hours. The finance person explained each offer, did not pressure me and we completed the deal. Very happy with both Greg and Continential. My son bought one from Greg a few years ago and was also pleased with the follow up and on going service. More

I bought a new RDX over the internet two e-mails from me, and two from the dealer. There were trades involved which is all the more remarkable. When they saw my car, ther were no "well there is a ding here, and the carpet is worn", etc. I even changed cars from the one I initially had chosen. The salesman, Greg, his assistat, Sharon and the rest of the staff even stayed after there closing time on a Saturday to make sure I was happy. The people at Continental Acura really seem to understand that the cusomer is important, and they treat you asa valued customer, not just another sale. Thanks Greg and Sharon. More
We recently purchased an 08 Beattle with low mileage and in premo condition from an exceptional businessman at Continental Acura. The price was surprisingly low and this bug was exactly what we were looking. However, we live in Oregon and we found this car through ebay located in the Chicago area. We talked to the man in charge of their ebay sales, Eddie Coleville, and started feeling pretty good about buying a car 2,000 miles away. They put up about 50 pictures of the Bug for us to see on the internet and Eddie made us so comfortable with the crazy idea of purchasing a vehicle without having seen it that we got serious and started paperwork. When you're working with professionals complicated can become simplified and it did with Eddie. He walked us through crossing every t and dotting each i so that I soon found myself jetting out to Chicago O'Hare airport to be met and transported by George the limo driver. After a free trip through Chicago to Naperville and Continental Acura I was warmly greeted and handed the keys and title to our convertible Bug. After about 20 minutes and smiling ear to ear I roared off in search of Oregon. 3 weeks later we continue to pat ourselves on the back for allowing Eddie to guide us through this rather unusual purchase.
