Up until this point, I have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership, but I have serviced all of my Acuras here after moving out to the area a number of years ago. First off, Chris Papo in service is absolutley top notch, and always goes above and beyond to ensure that we are happy. When it came time to trade in our 2010 MDX for a 2012 Advance with rear entertainment, Chris helped put us in touch with Scott Wilson who is part of the management team over at Continental Acura. Scott immediatley cut to the chase, offered us his best price, applied all rebates, and even found us an extra few dollars to apply towards the down payment and then gave us a few extra dollars on our trade. I was then put in touch with Tony Garcia who took me on an extended test drive to ensure that I understood the differences between the Advance that we were looking at and our 2010 Tech. Tony was great to work with, and took great care of us while we worked late to get things finalized. While the process of purchasing a vehicle is one of my least favorite things to do, Scott, Tony, and Chris made this as smooth a process as possible. I can say nothing but great things about the people at Continental Acura, will fully recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle or service the one they have, and will hopefully continue to do business with them for as long as we own and are looking to buy Acura vehicles. I started out sending an email to Greg to get a quote for a new RDX. He was quick with response and very easy to work with. I came in a few days later to test drive the car and loved the experience. I came back a few days later to take delivery of the car and worked with Jerry in the finance department who was also very helpful and explained everything very thoroughly.
