I recently upgraded to a newer model TL and worked with Tony Garcia and Jerry Burton throughout the whole process. Both were personable, straightforward, and able to adjust to my requests. I walked into the dealer not intending to make the decision to buy a car. I wanted a smaller crossover vehicle. I'd test driven several of the cars in that class. He knew all the features of the car and knew the features of his competition. At the end of the day,we drove out with a new Acura RDX. They gave me a very good trade in deal on my 11 year old van. The RDX drives like a dream. Love the 4 cylinder turbo. It handles like a dream. The service at Continental Acura on Aurora in Naperville is white glove. And what can you say about free car washes?! Thank you for treating a woman like she is the one buying the car. You won me over. More

Recently I had one of the best experiences I've had to date with Continental Acura. The power was out when I got to the dealership, and the service guys bent over backwards to get me registered, get me a date with Continental Acura. Neil called me a couple of times with updates and made sure I was informed about what was happening with my car. He's exceptional! I drive from Villa Park to Naperville to get my car serviced at Continental because no one else holds a candle to them! I've also been recommending Continental to a co-worker because of the excellent service I receive. Keep up the good work! More
First of all, they were extemely open to dealing over email. Submitted requests to multiple dealers, but only got pricing over email from Greg. The process was easy from start to finish. Greg is a first class salesman who you can definitely tell has his clients interest first. He stayed late the first day we came to look at the car and was patient as we asked questions and did the test drive. He was friendly, patient and best of all, no pressure!!! When we told him we would get back to him tomorrow on our decision, I was not given the typical "What can I do to get you take the car home tonight?" or bringing in the sales manager to try and get us to make a decision that night. This was big for us because I hate when dealers do that. He simply stated that sounds great and to let him know if we have any questions in the meantime. Delivery was great. All of the paperwork was prepared ahead of time and when we arrived, we did not spend any time waiting around. Went over some things with Greg, and then to the finance office to sign papers. Greg took extra time in showing us all of the features of the MDX and even went as far as setting up our phones and preferences. Overall, a great customer service experience. Would definitely recommend working with this dealer, especially Greg Pew!! Other sales folks in the industry could really take a lesson from him on how to make the car buying experience less stressful and actually put their customers first! More
Very disappinting experience in trying to buy a "luxury" car. Had to wait 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us or offered to help. We finally had to ask for someone to help us. Then the sales person we dealt with was friendly in the beginning until we started talking about price. He really had no clear, concise answers for us. He could not answer or show us in detail possible number breakdown and final payment on different scenarios. He kept deferring to his manager multiple times, but still never returned with any answer saying his manager was very busy. We just kept getting asked how they could get us to take the car home today. But not answering actual questions on payments. I am in finance and was able to calculate in my head, not revealing to the sales person, and he was not able to give me any responses. We ended up buying an infiniti and spent almost $10,000 more dollars. They were very accomodating and had the ability to show us on a computer screen payments with different financing and down payment scenarios. More
