We purchased a new TL from Continental Acura this weekend, and the experience was great. The pricing of the vehicle was excellent and Greg worked to make sure that we received the best deal possible. He made sure the transaction went smoothly, and took time to acquaint us with the features of the car. He was thorough and friendly, as was his assistant, Sharon. There were no "surprises" when we got to the dealership, and no pressure with the sales process. Jerry Burton, the business manager, helped to make the experience the easiest new vehicle purchase we've ever made. We will definitely be contacting Continental Acura in the future, as we expect to be in the market for an MDX in the next few years. More

Up until this point, I have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership, but I have serviced all of my Acuras here after moving out to the area a number of years ago. First off, Chris Papo in service is absolutley top notch, and always goes above and beyond to ensure that we are happy. When it came time to trade in our 2010 MDX for a 2012 Advance with rear entertainment, Chris helped put us in touch with Scott Wilson who is part of the management team over at Continental Acura. Scott immediatley cut to the chase, offered us his best price, applied all rebates, and even found us an extra few dollars to apply towards the down payment and then gave us a few extra dollars on our trade. I was then put in touch with Tony Garcia who took me on an extended test drive to ensure that I understood the differences between the Advance that we were looking at and our 2010 Tech. Tony was great to work with, and took great care of us while we worked late to get things finalized. While the process of purchasing a vehicle is one of my least favorite things to do, Scott, Tony, and Chris made this as smooth a process as possible. I can say nothing but great things about the people at Continental Acura, will fully recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle or service the one they have, and will hopefully continue to do business with them for as long as we own and are looking to buy Acura vehicles. By the way, stay away from McGrath Acura in Westmont! More

We have worked with Greg for 8+ years. He takes the time to go over the options with the vehicle, provides a very fair price, and the overall experience is very positive. I started out sending an email to Greg to get a quote for a new RDX. He was quick with response and very easy to work with. I came in a few days later to test drive the car and loved the experience. Sharon was very friendly, and Greg was very helpful throughout the test drive process, as well as figuring out all of the payment details. I came back a few days later to take delivery of the car and worked with Jerry in the finance department who was also very helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. Greg did a good explanation of the car and its features. I would definitely come back to this dealer and recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car. The sales and finance people were awesome and were not interested in taking advantage of you, rather they are concerned about being there for you as the customer. More

It's important to know that this dealer sold me a new 2005 Acura TL and provided exceptional overall experience for years. It wasn't until my recent purchase, a 2012 Acura TL that I had some problems. 2005 Acura TL and provided exceptional overall experience for years. It wasn't until my recent purchase, a 2012 Acura TL that I had some problems. For the record, when we bought our 2005 TL we were told not to put a remote starter on the car as that would void the warranty on the starter. When we went to go look at the 2012's it was imperative that we would be able to have a remote starter installed. We were reassured that there were no problems, but they did however recommended an aftermarket unit, and not the unit offered by Acura. We were told by our salesperson to wait approximately 30 days, because we would receive a coupon book from Acura that we could use on the purchase of the remote starter. During the month that we were waiting for the coupon book, we experienced a "low battery warning" which we were told was due to the fact that we were not driving the car enough. We tried additional driving but were hearing rumors that Acura was having problems with some of their models coming up with battery management problems. We proceeded to have the suggested remote installed, at which time the battery problem increased. Repeatedly, the dealer insisted we were not driving the car sufficiently to fully charge the battery. Through our own research with internet and other dealers we discovered that Acura seemed to have programed the battery management system to be too sensitive. The problem was then exagerated when we had the remote installed, so we finally had the remote system removed. When we went to pick up the car, we were informed that we would receive our refund when they received their refund from their recommended installer. It took a call to the PR lady to finally get a refund.....I did check and this dealership is still recommending remote starter installations, like there are no issues. I also have two friends with TL's and they also have "battery management warnings" on occasion..... For the record,I sang the praises of this dealer for years and sent numerous people to check out the refreshing program they set forth. This recent experience I had with them, has changed my view and definately makes me recommeend you shop elsewhere. The bottom line was, they just didn't care. More
I used buy it now on ebay and things went very well! I negotiated, financed and bought the car site unseen based on feeback and listing of vehicle.
