Our family came to this dealer to look for an MDX used car. All the sale man seem very nice. We found what we are looking for. We were at the table to discuss about price just like any normal car buyer car. All the sale man seem very nice. We found what we are looking for. They took down our offer with our initial on the paper and turn to one of the sale manager who wasn't Ken Keacher at the time. He agree on the price. So we started do all the next step which insurance, driver licence ,....financing approve after all. When the paper work came to us there was a total difference price that we agree on. We asked for the original paper that we make an offer Ken Keacher gave us an NO answer, said that he did not see the paper all he know was that the price and he will not sale the car for us with the same price that the other sale manager agree on. Ken Keacher was being extremely rude and unprofessional for his title as a sale manager. We were there for over 3 hours before he walking in the door. He told the sale man tell us that " "the price he want to sell and if we are not happy with that then say goodbye to them. Don't wasting his time!" That was Ken Keacher exactly words. Now we just want to see base on which paper that he saw that we were agree on the price that he came up with but he just couldn't find it. He said, I don't have it. How could it be possible the original paper just simply " disappear " at that time? Our family didn't want to buy the car any more but we were demand to find out where was the paper that we sign because when Ken Keacher say that there must be a misunderstood between the other sale manager and us he was extremely impolite. There was no misunderstood because as far as we understand is every dealer ship have an policies that what ever price customer offer they write it down and have their customer initial before they turn it to the manager. And that what we did. So how could it be a MISUNDERSTANDING ? What if Ken Keacher did not really see the orginal paper have our initial then I was wondering why and how they get all those number ? If we were wrong, then show us where are those number coming from? They don't take offer over the phone neither by mouth. They WRITTEN offer down and they can MAGICALLY make it DISSAPPEAR ! We would love to hear what and how the General Manager handle this situation. Acura of Naperville reputation, Ken Keache blew it off! We are understand that thirty some thousand of dollars mean nothing to a big dealer ship like Acura of Naperville. Our family voice are small but you will be surprise what our small voice can do if we don't get a respectfully apologies with the orginal paper that have our initial. Everybody have their own pride and so our family! We didn't put it so high but that does not mean somebody can step on it. More

I give Tony G an A++.He was able to get me a fabulous price without haggling (well just a little :) With the great price I was then able to add on an extended warranty as well-Jerry was quick, to the point, and helpful at the same time. I will add I was looking for a vehicle after my car was totaled. Tony G was sensitive to the situation. That is why it was especially important not to be pressured. Great experience. Go check them out and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed. More

I can't say enough good about this dealership and the folks that help me. Chris has been my main man since I have started going.....he is very intuned to my needs and makes my visits pleasurable. This is the second car that I have purchased through Eddie Colville at Continental Acura. For the second time in two years he located a pre driven vehicle for me that came in just under my budget but y Eddie Colville at Continental Acura. The sales process was easy and the online credit application that Eddie suggested turned a two hour paperwork process into a 30 minute visit. I will be replacing another vehicle in about 1 1/2 years and I already know that I will purchase through Eddie. Jerry Burton in finance could not have been more of a pleasure to work with. When I came in to sign, he told me that he was able to get me an even lower rate of finance than the low one he had already had approved. There was no pressure. I already told him that I was going to purchase an extended warranty. I ended up purchasing an additional one as well. Not because he sold me, which is extremely difficult to do, but because it made a great deal of sense to me. I was in and out in 30 minutes and I could not be more satisfied with my overall experience. More
Greg and Sharon were very friendly and did not rush us. I enjoyed this new car sale. It was far from the usual car sales everyone dreads. I came in for a car wash and was greeted with Barabra's usual smile and warm greeting. Then Chris came up and told Barbara to upgrade my wash to a miles of smiles wash for no charge. The experience at Continental Acura was first class all the way! I emailed multiple dealers trying to get the best price. I made the 1hr 30 minute drive out to Naperville and he and Sharon MacDonald had a car ready and waiting for me to test drive. Greg took the time to take three different Acura's out on the test track with me and talked about the benefits of each. He was a true consultant in helping me to make my decision, without being pushy. I asked him to work on getting one in the color I wanted and he did just that - and was even able to find one that would save me a little bit more money! The sales process was as smooth as possible, Greg and Sharon are excellent at communicating every step of the way. My questions were always answered thoroughly and quickly. The Business Manager, Jerry Burton, was able to secure an excellent finance rate for me and when it was time to pick up the car, Greg and Sharon had the car cleaned and waiting. Jerry was ready for me in the finance office. I signed paperwork, Greg thoroughly explained everything in the car and I was on my way. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Continental Acura is worth the drive! More
