Overall decent experience, easy financing. The used-car guy told me they don't sell mechanically unsound vehicles but showed me a car that had 3 accidents on the CarFax report. He tried to explain to me that those accidents were minor. He claims that they must have missed the accidents on the CarFax report, though he still seem like he wanted to sell me the vehicle. I asked about another car they had in stock and that one too had a front end collision on the CarFax report. At this point I pretty much believed that his "we don't sell mechanically unsound vehicles" line to be complete BS. After I told the salesman I did not want a vehicle with any prior accidents, he agreed that the first car we looked at was a piece of crap. The next day when I came in to finalize the deal on another vehicle I liked, he told me they were putting the original vehicle I looked at on a truck to be sent to a dealer auction (Why would I care to know this? Was he trying to save his and the dealership's reputation?). Bottom line, the overall experience was fine, however, don't let their used car salesman try to explain away a reported CarFax accident incident without even knowing anything about the vehicle or the previous owners. As you might expect from a used-car salesman, the experience was high pressure. Instead of asking questions about our needs, price range, driving habits, etc., he was too busy talking/selling. I guess their strategy is to talk so much that you can't hear yourself think. Additionally, the salesman tried to talk me into putting down a $500 deposit to hold the car I was interested in when I said I was going to check out another vehicle that day at a competing dealership. Don't ever fall for the down deposit tactic. In the end I was happy with the car I purchased and hope to have good luck with the vehicle (2003 Camry XLE 93K mileage, $8,500 purchase price). Another tip: go with your gut instinct and don't let the salesman talk you into anything. In fact, if you can't wait a day to finalize your car purchasing decision, I recommend that as your choice of action. More

I was given a birthday coupon by Continental Acura for a free upgraded Bear Hug Car Wash service. For some time, I've been trying to figure out how to remove two car decals located on the back window. I goo free upgraded Bear Hug Car Wash service. For some time, I've been trying to figure out how to remove two car decals located on the back window. I googled to try to find tips/solutions for decal removal to no avail. I asked Chris to see if he could give me ideas. Instead, he volunteered to remove the decals himself. After 30 minutes, I was pleased to see my Acura MDX clean minus two car decals. Chris went above and beyond his work description. Kudos to him! More

I have been going to this dealership since before it moved to Naperville. I ran across this dealership in Lisle when the Acura dealership in Elmhurst (Napleton) tried to tell my wife that a Legend we ow moved to Naperville. I ran across this dealership in Lisle when the Acura dealership in Elmhurst (Napleton) tried to tell my wife that a Legend we owned needed a complete suspension replacement which would have cost several thousand dollars. I could not believe what was then a fairly new car, and one that had seen the dealer in Connecticut )when I was living there) every 5000 miles needed such drastic repair. In the search for a second opinion, I had my wife take the car to Continental, who diagnosed the problem as a wheel alignment. Napleton did not know the car needed a 4 wheel alignment which was the specification on the car, and treated my wife like an airhead, which as an engineer, she definitely is not. Since the day my wife was treated so well at Continental, we have purchased several Acura cars, and followed this dealer to Naperville when it moved there a few years ago. Living in Elmhurst, I pass several Acura dealers, and have one in my own town, that I will not use as long as Continental keeps treating me as a valued customer. From the other ratings on this service, I see several others agree, and when I am in the dealership, I notice that the other customers are receiving the quality care I have come to expect whenever I trek to Naperville for an oil change or other maintenance requirement. More
