We went to purchase new 2013 ACURA TL. Overall we had a good experience with this dealership. Before we went in, we had negotiated the price with internet manager through email . Once we reached there we had no surprises about the price. We were particular about the color and interior make of the car and accordingly the car was ready for test drive by the time we went in. Did give us a copy of invoice, though not much negotiation on top of invoice price. As we were travelling from a neighboring state, we reached at the end of the day. In spite of that we had received the service we were looking for. Greg was helpful in closing the deal smoothly . Tom Trullis educated us about the car settings and customized them as per our choice. The only unsatisfying thing was the financial push for extended warranty though we did not show much interest. More

When I walked into the Naperville Acura dealership five years ago, I was greeted by Abe Crump. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I bought my first Acura TL that day. Abe has kept in touch throughout the years and made sure that I got the best deal possible when my lease expired in 2011. Last week a leasing special came through and Abe contact me even though I still had one year left on my lease. He got me the best deal again, lowering my payments by $30 and throwing in a couple of extras. My thanks to Abe and the Acura team! Joni Hawkins More
Had researched the RDX and comparable vehicles for several months, drove a couple of them and went to Continental Acura to check out the RDX because of the favorable comments on the dealership. He made us feel comfortable by asking us what we were looking for and answering all of our questions. He set up a demo drive and continued to answer our questions and concerns while explaining the tech features of the RDX. We talked price and trade value on our return to the dealership. We came to an agreement, without much pain, and signed the papers. Picked up the RDX the following day, with a through explanation by Tom of the voice commands and tech features. We are very pleased with the vehicle and our experience with Tom and the dealership. More
We visited the dealership to see and test drive the new RDX. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and helpful pointing out the car's features. Although it was Tony's day off, he was there when I came back the next day during my lunch break to see the cars in the daylight. Jerry found us a competitive interest rate and we were able to complete most of the paperwork over the phone or online. When we came to pickup our new car, Harry made it a point of showing us where to go for our free car wash. Tony did a thorough and excellent job of demonstrating the features on the car. I would highly recommend this dealership. Everyone we met treated us in a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, an professional manner. More
We've just purchased our forth car from Continental Acura and the second on in the last two months. As always, we had a great experience working Andy, Tony and Jerry. They were very accommodating with letting us demo different vehicles and straight forward and friendly during the business end of our visit. We live in Carol Stream and I know there are a few Acura dealers closer to us, but the longer trip is worth it for us. We've always gotten quick responses to questions or concerns whether it be sales or service related and always gotten a clean loaner vehicle when our cars have had work done on them. I finally wanted to take time to sit down and give thanks to Neil Hoyle and Continental Acura. Thanksgiving week I was inquiring about cost for my 2002 MDX timing belt change, which I have always had servic to Neil Hoyle and Continental Acura. Thanksgiving week I was inquiring about cost for my 2002 MDX timing belt change, which I have always had serviced by Continental Acura. I knew this was a major maintenance visit, so I was a bit apprehensive. I did call around for price quotes. Even Continental Honda in Countryside. When I called Neil back and asked him. He told me of upcoming specials that would dramatically reduce the cost, he was very understanding of the cost of this major maintenance, especially with the upcoming Holidays. He kept me updated of the progress and let me know certain parts were not needed which further reduced cost. Though still a big bill Neil helped reduce the cost and that I really appreciate it. Alex Matway was the one who picked me up from my house, she was very cordial and informative when I told her of my MDX being serviced and how I was thinking about buying a new MDX, as we headed towards the dealership, she was pleasant. OK...I just purchased my "new" used RDX at Continental Acura and am LOVING my new car (bye bye van - though you served me well!) I started my search for a new vehicle six months ago at Contine Continental Acura and am LOVING my new car (bye bye van - though you served me well!) I started my search for a new vehicle six months ago at Continental and Josh Bruhn was great about showing me around the dealership; he was nice, honest, patient, informative and intuitive about what I might like and need. He kept in touch over the past six months but never hounded me, just let me figure it all out. Needless to say, after having an unfavorable experience in another dealership, in the ninth hour I found myself back at Continental Acura working with Josh, Jerry and Harry. Thank you guys (...and thank you Matt, you were helpful too)! I truly appreciate all your effort, your honesty, your willingness to help me and work with me. AND I can't wait for my free car washes!! Josh deserves to go to Atlanta!! :) More
