In all the years of buying new and used cars, I have never had an experience as pleasant as the one at Continental Acura, Naperville and dealing with Josh Bruhn. Talk about low pressure, take your time, any questions, feel free to ask, we will do our best to accommodate you. It took us about 2 months to finally come to a decision as we were looking at both the 2013 and new 2014 MDXs and we wanted to wait to see the new 2014 before we made a decision. Josh could not have been more patient with us and kept us fully informed as he got information on the 2014. We finally did go with the 2013 and when we went to pick up the MDX Josh spent better than 2 hours with us going over the operation of the vehicle. Very low sales pressure, knew when to leave us alone to look at the vehicle and discuss the purchase, yet was always available to answer questions when we had them, absolutely none of the typical hard sell at many dealerships. We were able to feel relaxed and make an intelligent decision without any pressure. We would highly recommend this dealership and salesman Josh Bruhn!! More
I was actually not under any pressure in purchasing a vehicle but my colleague had mentioned that, " if you want to take a look at a car you have to go to my guy Tony." Tony Garcia was extremely courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made sure that I felt absolutely comfortable in making my decision on which car to purchase. I was very pleased with the service at the dealership and Jerry Burton was very patient with me as well. He explained the pros and cons on which coverage was best for me and I took both Tony and Jerry's advise when I purchased the insurance on my car. They are wonderful employees and I was very satisfied. I have already recommended Continental Acura of Naperville to a couple of my friends and I'm sure they will not be disappointed. This was the the best new car purchase I have ever experienced. I orginally came to the dealership alone to have some questions answered on the Acura. I had browse online and had narrowed by search do experienced. I orginally came to the dealership alone to have some questions answered on the Acura. I had browse online and had narrowed by search down to three SUV's. My thought was just to look at the inside of the RDX. The person behind the desk, asked if I wanted help but I replied that I was just there to look. As I was looking Tony Garcia came over and asked if I needed help, I said that I didn't I just wanted to check the RDX out. He stayed and answered several questions I had and offer more information that was very informative. This was so unlike the time I came to the dealership ready to purchase a car and was ignored by the sales staff. I made my decision and my husband and I came back the following week, and asked for Tony. Tony could not have been more friendly, and helpfuI and I so appreciated that he was not pushy at all. I received a great price on the Acura and an exceptional price on my trade-in. I received other excellent service from Jerry in financial services. My RDX was ready in no time, polished and with my plates transferred. Before we left, Tony took the time to show us the hi-lights of the new tech package so that we could experience it immediately. If you are in the market for an Acura I so highly recommend Tony and his team. More
My husband and I went into Continental not knowing whether we were going to purchase a ILX, TSX, or TL. Abe Crump was extremely helpful, patient, and was happy to answer all of our questions. We were looking for a used Acura for our daughter. Kevin took us on 3 test drives and let us take the car home overnight. The TSX needed some work done on it and when it was ready Kevin dropped it off at ou took us on 3 test drives and let us take the car home overnight. I've been through the car buying experience enough times to know exactly what I don't want (hassling) and with recently purchasing a new vehicle from Continental, other dealerships should be ashamed o times to know exactly what I don't want (hassling) and with recently purchasing a new vehicle from Continental, other dealerships should be ashamed of how they conduct business. The staff I worked with including Tony, Josh, and Jerry were very personable, professional, receptive, and thorough throughout the entire process. 5 stars across the board for these gentlemen and the dealership!
