I have been driving Acura's for many years they r by far my favorite most dependable car I have ever owned. So I decided that I wanted to get a used mdx. I worked with ken, Abe and Jerry !!! These people at acura really express the whole meaning of customer service. I was very pleased by everybody who has helped me. I knew the type of car i wanted and how much i wanted to spend and without a que customer service. I was very pleased by everybody who has helped me. Tony was my sales guy but i have also met some of his wonderful coworkers while i was there and they made me feel right at home and special (Josh Bruhn, Rodney, Also the used car sales manager Ken ) I always recomend Continetal Acura to anybody who is in the market for new or used car. We came to Naperville, IL from near Cedar Rapids to see and test drive an MDX Acura. The dealership in Naperville was the nicest place to buy a car! Everyone was so nice to us. I had gone to Continental to get a new wheel lock key, as mine had shattered. My car had been serviced at an independent service station in the spring, and they had over tightened my lug nuts. It turns out mine had shattered. My car had been serviced at an independent service station in the spring, and they had over tightened my lug nuts. It turns out that Continental didn't have my particular wheel lock key in stock, so I asked if they could just loosen all my lug nuts with their impact wrench. They brought my car into the service bay and attempted to loosen the wheel lock with their master key - and the lock was so tight it broke their master key. (I feel horrible about that!) They then went above and beyond and used "alternate methods" to remove the wheel locks for me. When they were done, they washed the car and sent me home with a goodie bag - all free of charge! I was more than surprised that they would help me out like that, given that they didn't cause the problem in the first place. You hear a lot of bad stories about car dealerships - I'm happy to tell a good one today. Thank you to Continental, to Alex and to Herman, the technician who did the work. CF More
To begin this I must be honest and say that I have never written a review before, be it a positive or negative one. With that being said, I on the other hand will make it the first thing I read when making written a review before, be it a positive or negative one. With that being said, I on the other hand will make it the first thing I read when making a major purchase. So why are you wondering, am I doing this now? Simply because of the excellent experience, and overall satisfaction I had encountered at this Acura. When you come upon service and a staff like this, you need to share this with others, and that is what I intend on doing. From the moment we walked in Ken Keacher was there to greet us with a smile and a warm hello. Tony Garcia was the salesman who knew just what we needed and saw to it that we were satisfied and happy with our vehicle. He is a very comfortable kind of friendly, and highly knowledgeable. I have, and will continue to drop his name to others. Then there is Jerry Burton who carefully explains all the paperwork that needs to be signed, he is helpful and well organized. I am not one for having a knowledge of any of this Navigation or Bluetooth that now comes on vehicles, so when Josh Bruhn came along to help explain and show me how to work these I was not overwhelmed but left with a feeling of confidence that I could actually do this on my own. He has a pleasant and great sense of humor that eases you immediately....and he also made it very clear that I could return anytime with question and he would be more than happy to help. And then we have Rodney the mechanic who is just a pleasure to know, you can see immediately how he takes great pride in his work and taking care of these vehicles that happen to find their way to him. He wants to make sure you know and how to take care of your vehicle in the proper way. I hope you can see why I just had to share this, It's not to often you find a place that has such a wonderful staff in all departments. This is my second purchase from them, and I assure you it will not be my last. More

He covered and explained all the controls and the operation of the new car to us. Was also impressed with the service department and the staff.
