I just wanted to finally give Continental Acura a great review for all the help I received last week. A family health issue happened in my family. Unfortunately while at the hospital I heard a loud groan from my 06 TL. I called in on Monday morn to set up a appointment. Shirley as always was helpful. I left a voice mail for Maria who schedules appointments. She promptly returned my call and understood my situation and set up a appointment with a loaner since I still needed to go back and forth to the hospital where my father in law was in ICU. John in service helped get the car in. I was then called very soon by Chris Papo. Who verified my car has a TSB and there would be no charge. Thanks to all involved in helping with my car. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I have both my Acura's serviced here for the past 10 years and will continue to do so. Thank You! More
