I purchased my Acura MDX 2 years ago and prior to the purchase I was a lifetime Lexus/Toyota customer. I will continue to buy my vehicles from Continental Acura, because I LOVE my car, but equally as im purchase I was a lifetime Lexus/Toyota customer. I will continue to buy my vehicles from Continental Acura, because I LOVE my car, but equally as important is i LOVE the service I receive every time I am there. I only named 2 of the service guys, but please give credit to all of them. They know me by name and treat me like family. Barbara in Service is the most joyful woman, and she is very respectful of my schedule/time when I'm waiting for service or a car wash, and Shirly at the desk is ALWAYS bubbly and talkative. Visited Continental Acura last Saturday and had an outstanding experience with Mr. Kevin Ahlert. He was friendly, energetic, extremely knowledgeable, and showed extreme value of my time throughout th outstanding experience with Mr. Kevin Ahlert. He was friendly, energetic, extremely knowledgeable, and showed extreme value of my time throughout the entire process. Kevin knew all about the financing and even the extended warranty options. It was by far the best experience I had at any of the dealerships I visited and certainly think highly of not only Mr. Ahlert, but the entire organization as well. FIVE stars for Continental Acura as this dealership seems to be at the top of their game. I couldn't be happier! First and foremost, Tony did an absolutely phenomenal job at meeting our needs for our purchase. If I had the opportunity to, I'd be more than happy to purchase another vehicle through Tony. Me and my brother came in with hopes to buy a 2012 Acura TL. In the end, I happily drove off with a car that I am exceptionally satisfied with. I love my car. I don't think I could have been made a better offer on this vehicle than what I received through Continental Acura. I've had other dealers call me asking if I was still in the market for a new car. When I told them that I had already bought my car and at what price, the salesmen were shocked. Their response was "Wow, well you definitely can't beat that price, that is an excellent deal." There you are, you even have salesmen from other Acura dealerships shocked by the service from Continental. Tony was very patient with us. In the beginning, we weren't on the same page between the price he offered us and the price we were hoping to receive. However, he was patient and kind (the guy was working with us on his day off AND no lunch break!) and continued to listen to our needs. He was also very hospitable as well, always making sure that we had received something to drink, had enough time to contemplate any decision making we had, and were overall comfortable throughout our car-buying experience. The actual paperwork process went through very smoothly as well. Tony was constantly keeping me up to date, making sure I was not shut out for a second. Would I recommend Continental Acura? Would I make another purchase through them? Absolutely. More

Chris is friendly and has the knowledge along with the expertise that I come to rely on so, he is my "Go To Guy" anytim Chris Papo for direction.
