They're straight forward and efficient. I've only had to have standard maintenance on both my vehicles and you're in and out pretty quick. I have to give a shout out to Rodney and the other service techs on the team for being extremely detail oriented in making sure that even the littlest things don't go unaddressed. More

We have enjoyed driving each vehicle; but there is a comfort level at Continental Acura that kept us coming back, even though other Acura dealers were more accessible. We had the opportunity to work with Tyler Fox for our most recent maintenance service appt. From a phone conversation prior, to drop off of the vehicle the night before service; he answered all my questions and made sure my requests for the vehicle during service would be taken care of. He also opened the service doors, walked to and opened the door for the loaner for me and then proceeded to go over a few things that were different from the model I was driving, while he was standing in the rain!
